Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a national organisation, alongside supportive and talented colleagues?

In this exciting new role, your day-to-day duties may include:

1. Drive financial performance improvements and support the delivery of growth plans
2. Monitor budgets, identify efficiency opportunities, and manage costs effectively
3. Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and appraise investments
4. Collaborate with leadership teams to develop accurate forecasts and trading assumptions
5. Ensure financial processes are embedded, reducing risks and enhancing reporting accuracy
6. Produce the Management Account packs (P&L, Balance sheet)
7. Gross Profit Margin Reconciliations
8. Project Costings
9. Variance analysis
10. Data Reconciliations
11. Journal entries
12. Accruals and prepayments
13. Budget setting

We are looking for:

1. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
2. Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering
3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
