Should labour market conditions change and market rates fall, or where an employee is promoted to a higher graded role or moves to a different role that does not warrant a Recruitment Premium then payment of the Recruitment Premium will be reviewed and it may be reduced or withdrawn. Having a criminal conviction will not necessarily exclude you from appointment. There are many offences which may not disqualify an applicant, for example, those which are less serious, were committed some time ago, were committed as a juvenile under extenuating circumstances and where there have been no further offences. If you would like to discuss whether a conviction you have would be likely to exclude you from being considered for the post for which you are applying, please contact our People Business Partnering team () who can provide confidential advice. A copy of our policy statement on the recruitment of ex-offenders is available on request.

Successful candidates will be contacted to complete an online DBS check, relevant to the post applied for, at the point of offer.
