Job Description

Interim Finance Business Partner (Pharma)

Marlow / Hybrid

Our client is an international fast growth Pharma client with an imminent new product launch.

Acting as the Business Partner to an existing product team (3), you will be responsible for commercial support (Pricing, negotiation, regulatory requirements) to the launch of a brand new drug.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Responsible for the P&L for the core portfolio units, ensuring consistent tracking to target.
  2. Provide monthly reviews with the cross-functional team to assess forecasting.
  3. Support internal insights against external market data.
  4. Partner with Business Intelligence to deliver monthly KPI scorecard updates to the leadership team.
  5. Direct the planning process for the 2025 P&L forecast, collaborating with business unit directors and cross-functional teams.
  6. Provide month-end close process, accurately reporting sales and operating expenses.

Requirements:

  1. Fully Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
  2. Commercially astute FBP.
  3. Full eligibility to work in the UK.
  4. Available to start in March 25.
  5. Product experience whether from the pharmaceutical, Biotech, or FMCG sector.
