RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist owns the task of resolving stakeholder inquiries on matters related to the Order-to-Cash process for our portfolio of brands, including billing, contracts, and other financial matters.
- This role requires critical thinking, patience, and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and deliver a positive impression on every customer interaction.
- As an experienced member of the team, you will review processes and operations, constantly seeking to identify ways to deliver better service more efficiently.
- You will utilize company CRM tools to obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle process and troubleshooting requirements.
- You will demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive, assertive, effective, and timely manner.
- You will work collaboratively in a team environment across various departments, including Sales, Billing and Contracts, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Care.
- You will work to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in our operation, delivering those changes with the support of your management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Educated to a Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the Commercial or Residential Real Estate industry or in a Customer service-related role.
- Solutions focused with a critical eye for process and operations.
- Ability to execute in a high transactional environment in an efficient and professional manner.
- A flexible communicator and good listener who can multitask to solve problems.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (specific to Excel).
- Additional language skills specifically in French, German, or Spanish.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud.
