Job Description

Programme duration: 3 years starting August 2025

Job location: Hemel Hempstead with occasional travel to other UK locations

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (hybrid working - 2-3 days a week in office)

Salary: Starting on £33,000 per year with annual salary reviews

Study support: We will provide full study support and funding for ACCA or CIMA qualifications to become a Chartered Accountant

As a Finance Graduate you will :

Prepare monthly financial reports and present to key stakeholders on financial trends with recommendations on next steps.

Process large data sets including invoices or inputting data into systems to update the financial process.

Prepare and post journals into SAP accounting system

Assist with preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of statutory accounts and PnL statements.

Manage stakeholder expectations around key deliverables and successful collaboration across teams and liaise with external auditors to provide audit support.

Prepare survey submissions for the Office of National Statistics and other regulatory bodies.

What you'll need :

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, along with a clear motivation for pursuing a career in Finance. Any Finance related work experience or internships would be an advantage.

Willingness and commitment to study CIMA or ACCA and become a Chartered Accountant within 3 years.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and planning skills.

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and knowledge or experience of SAP/BPC would be an advantage.
