Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join their thriving team in London. This is a unique opportunity for a talented and driven finance professional to make a significant impact within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

As Finance Manager, you'll lead a dedicated finance team of direct reports while working closely with the Head of Finance. Beyond core financial responsibilities, you'll drive process improvements, maintain robust financial controls, handle regulatory compliance, and lead significant finance-related projects. This senior travel job in finance will involve extensive business partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, providing strategic insights and analysis to support business growth.

We're seeking a strategic thinker who combines meticulous attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture. The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder, equally comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and leading their team. You'll need to be hands-on and ready to lead by example, bringing strong commercial awareness and exceptional communication skills to drive positive change across the organisation.
