My client based in Crawley is now recruiting for a Finance Manager.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial goals are met.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audits and tax filings.
• Prepare financial models and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Possibly studying towards an Accountancy.
• May have previous Finance Manager experience.
