Job Title: Financial Accountant (NetSuite Specialist)

One of my clients, a growing and dynamic business, is looking for a skilled Financial Accountant with strong NetSuite experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial accounting function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Use NetSuite ERP to handle financial data, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Work with Projects, Commissions, or Fixed Assets modules to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance NetSuite functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in automating processes and improving system efficiency within NetSuite.

Your skills:

• Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, particularly in Projects, Commissions, or Fixed Assets modules.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls, and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in professional services, SaaS, or technology sectors.
