MAIN RESUME
The FP&A Business Partner M/W will act as a strategic advisor helping to shape the right business decisions by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support the CFO and Executive Leadership team.
You will be responsible for:
- Aligning financial insights with business strategy
- Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights that help departments make informed decisions
This role requires a combination of analytical expertise, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning as well as identifying opportunities to improve financial planning processes.
- Analyze key business drivers, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
Strategic Business Support
- Partner with business leaders to align financial planning with strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments like operations, marketing, and sales to provide financial insights and strategic advice.
- Validate the financial aspects of business cases to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies and monitoring of financial performance and ensuring business plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, senior management, and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring financial considerations are embedded in decision-making processes.
Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations for executive leadership and Business review meetings.
- Simplify complex financial information into easily understandable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Create dashboards, visual reports and presentations to track KPIs, offer recommendations and facilitate real-time decision-making.

Le profil recherché
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Strategy, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or CFA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial consulting, preferably in retail, healthcare, or a high-growth industry.
- Previous experience working closely with senior business leaders.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Strategic & Analytical Skills
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker) and ERP systems (D365) is a plus.
