This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *designing and implementing Finance Operating Models*.

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Financial Transformation Manager to drive critical projects as part of their Finance Transformation journey. The role involves designing and implementing Finance Operating Models, overseeing process improvements in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain, and managing automation and transition initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Finance Transformation activities for the O2C workstream.
• Identify and implement process and technology improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives and manage transition plans.
• Oversee governance, performance tracking, and reporting of transformation progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree with 8-12+ years of experience in Finance Transformation.
• Expertise in Finance Operating Model design, O2C processes, and transition management.
• Hands-on approach, structured working style, and strong communication skills.
