Fire Safety Manager

To promote fire safety and offer expert technical advice across the department. Ensure fire safety is inspected, managed, and maintained in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Health & Safety legislation. Ensure works undertaken by other departments within the housing stock are fully compliant.

Lead on all fire safety matters with our housing stock, responsible for leading on strategic policy and procedures. This includes the production and presentation of detailed technical specifications and reports for senior managers.

Umbrella rate: £600 - £625 per day
