Fire Surveyor-Social Housing

A busy Housing Association need some temporary support in their technical compliance team for a Fire specialist to carry out Fire Risk Assessment.
This role is for 6 months initially and is Inside IR35.
Job Duties
Working on social housing properties carrying out:
• Validating Fire Risk Assessments, Fire door surveys & passive fire stopping surveys
• Managing Fire Risk Assessment contracts
• Liaising and consulting with clients
• Type 1-4 FRAs for residential properties
• Conducting Health and Safety Assessments
What you'll need to succeed
• NEBOSH qualified (Fire)
• Fire risk assessor/surveyor experience
• National registered Fire Risk Assessor • IFE membership or • IFSM membership
• Diploma in fire safety and Fire Risk Assessment
• FPA Qualification in Fire Risk Assessment/• FPA Qualification in Fire Risk Management
What you'll get in return
This is a 6-month contract with weekly pay, either PAYE or Umbrella PAYE.
