Job Description
FIT Sales and Operations Executive: This well-established specialist Tour Operator is seeking candidates who will be dealing with FIT booking and operation inquiries within their B2B team. This role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis following probation with a salary of up to £28,000, increasing to £29K after 3 months, plus an annual bonus.
FIT Sales and Operations Executive Responsibilities:
- B2B sales handling FIT reservations and bookings from direct clients and travel agents.
- Calculation and preparation of packages / tailor-made itineraries / ad-hoc products.
- Emailing offers to clients and providing suggestions for their bookings.
- Issuing rail tickets and travel documentation.
- Administration support to the head of department.
FIT Sales and Operations Executive Skills Required:
- Previous experience within the travel industry, ideally in a similar role.
- Good IT and MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent English language skills.
Additional Information:
- Salary up to £28,000, increasing to £29K after 3 months, plus an annual bonus.
- £500 annual benefit allowance towards commute costs or gym membership (pro-rata).
- Hybrid with office in the City of London: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home following probation.
