Job Description

FIT Sales and Operations Executive: This well-established specialist Tour Operator is seeking candidates who will be dealing with FIT booking and operation inquiries within their B2B team. This role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis following probation with a salary of up to £28,000, increasing to £29K after 3 months, plus an annual bonus.

FIT Sales and Operations Executive Responsibilities:

  • B2B sales handling FIT reservations and bookings from direct clients and travel agents.
  • Calculation and preparation of packages / tailor-made itineraries / ad-hoc products.
  • Emailing offers to clients and providing suggestions for their bookings.
  • Issuing rail tickets and travel documentation.
  • Administration support to the head of department.

FIT Sales and Operations Executive Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within the travel industry, ideally in a similar role.
  • Good IT and MS Office knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent English language skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £28,000, increasing to £29K after 3 months, plus an annual bonus.
  • £500 annual benefit allowance towards commute costs or gym membership (pro-rata).
  • Hybrid with office in the City of London: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home following probation.
  • Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00.
