Flagship Retail Design Manager

We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to join one of the world's leading global companies. This role will be responsible for creating show-stopping displays and highlighting products by bringing experiences to life!

If you have experience in retail design and interactive visual merchandising for premium and luxury brands, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

1. Collating all display requirements within premium retail stores
2. Project managing product launches for all premium stores to ensure execution is on time and budget
3. Building, maintaining, developing & growing key relationships with agencies and retail partners
4. Signing off on all POS requirements for Go-To-Market activities
5. Attending regular store visits to ensure you're keeping the customer at the heart of all decisions.

Skills Required

1. Retail experience in design and project management.
2. An understanding of market trends, competitor activity & consumer buying patterns.
3. Visual merchandising
4. Strong Excel skills with knowledge of how to analyse data and create reports to show results.
5. Building and maintaining effective working relationships (influence and negotiating)
6. Advanced PowerPoint creation for varying presentation types
7. Experience using Adobe Illustrator
8. Strong understanding of the retail industry

The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work two days in the office, one day on site in the premium stores, and the rest working from home.
