Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement
- Design, configure, and implement Flextra solutions to meet client requirements
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the efficacy and accuracy of the Flextra implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Flextra solutions post-implementation
- Offer insights and recommendations to clients on best practices for utilizing Flextra in their business operations
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Flextra technology to continually enhance and improve client solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Flextra architecture, configuration, and customization
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in handling complex projects
- Knowledge of other ERP systems and integration experience is a plus
