Job Description

FLOWERBX is on the lookout for a skilled and creative Floral Boutique Manager to join our B2B team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact and manage our flower shops located in exquisite 5-star hotel locations across London. Your artistic vision will enhance the FLOWERBX brand, showcasing your remarkable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with shop teams to ensure each setting embodies the FLOWERBX aesthetic, delivering a consistent, luxurious, and high-end experience.
  • Leverage strong relationship-building skills to work closely with hotel partners, understanding their preferences and needs to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing issues, resolving them efficiently, and escalating when necessary.
  • Oversee the inventory and selection of flowers and materials, ensuring adherence to quality, sustainability, and brand standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of floral installations, ensuring precision and excellence in every detail.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business and account growth, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a positive, creative, and collaborative work environment.
  • Assist with administrative and organisational tasks, including managing team schedules and coordinating flower orders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, product specifications, and seasonal trends, developing high-quality proposals and tracking their progress and success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in floristry or floral design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their floral styling work.

  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to conceptualise and execute beautiful designs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and supplier networks in the floral industry.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sustainability and floral artistry.

This is a full-time hybrid position that requires working from the flower shops and our studio in NW10, as needed.
