DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Flow Room Controller to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

1. Monitoring SCADA and CCTV to maintain the smooth and efficient flow of the automation, escalating issues directly to Dematic Engineers.
2. Escalating issues and engaging with stakeholders to resolve them whilst minimizing the operational impact.
3. Review SCADA data to identify reoccurring mechanical downtime and plan maintenance with the engineering team.
4. Support root cause analysis for nonstandard events and execute remedial actions to mitigate the risk of re-occurrence.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. Navigation of the Blue Yonder (WMS) and Matflo (WCS) systems.
2. Understanding of the automation flow.
3. Understanding of Smart Booking.
4. Must have a customer-focused, right-first-time attitude.
