Working pattern is Monday to Sunday (on a rota basis with days off in lieu).
Joining Sainsbury's as an FM Delivery Manager means becoming an integral part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team within the Facilities Management division. What you'll do
In the role of FM Delivery Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing FM delivery across various sites within your assigned region. Your primary focus will be on providing direction and prioritisation to site-based technicians, managing supplier relationships, resolving escalations and major incidents, and ensuring high-quality FM service delivery while adhering to health and safety frameworks. By conducting regular site visits, analysing data insights, and collaborating with stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement in FM service, minimise asset downtime, and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders to deliver exceptional facilities management services that meet the needs of colleagues and customers.

As an FM Delivery Manager at Sainsbury's, you are a seasoned FM professional, showcasing proven expertise in managing budgets, prioritising tasks based on impact and risk, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Your ability to drive continuous improvement in FM services, understand complex estate requirements, and manage escalations to resolution demonstrates your commitment to delivering quality FM services and exceeding expectations. With a focus on prioritising and managing the successful completion of work orders, as well as a solid understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and service levels, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of FM services across multiple sites within your remit.
