We have a new opportunity and exciting for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing FM provider. This role will focus on a set portfolio of around 5 sites. The contract you will be looking after are commercial buildings which include schools and offices.
About the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:
You will be responsible for all Building Services duties on the Mechanical and Electrical side.
Responsibility for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:
- Maintenance work on commercial properties
- PPM and reactive work on electrical systems
- Repairs and fault finding on electrical/mechanical systems
- Maintenance of plant
- Attend breakdowns
Experience Required for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:
- Either Electrical/Mechanical qualification - City & Guilds/Apprenticeship
We offer for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:
- Salary up to £44k
- Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
- Bonus up to 2% two times a year

- 25 day AL + Bank Holidays
- Sociable hours - 8am to 5pm or get to site for 7 and finish at 3- (42.5 hours)s
