Job Description

We're looking for a driven and analytical FP&A Analyst to play a key role in supporting our UK operations. You'll be more than just a numbers person - you'll be a strategic partner, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive performance, profitability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue reporting: Closely monitor changes in commercial rates and transaction volumes to ensure accurate billing and provide analysis to the Sales function regarding changes in contract profitability.

  2. Variance analysis: Proactively analyze P&L variances, present results concisely, and assist in preparing monthly board packs.

  3. Budgeting and forecasting: Provide support in the preparation and delivery of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

  4. Month-end reporting: Assist the Financial Control team with accrual bookings at the end of the month.

  5. Cost management: Track key variable costs impacting the UK P&L.

  6. Ad-hoc analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.

About You:

We don't know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:

  1. Experience working within an FP&A environment.

  2. Proficient in managing a full P&L, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.

  3. A finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) or studying towards a finance qualification.

  4. Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Financial Reporting systems.

  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate with people at all levels, including senior-level stakeholders.

  6. A sharp eye for detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  7. Experience working for a global organisation.

This is a hybrid role based from our Basingstoke office but working with colleagues across other EasyPark offices. Travel will be required to other UK offices and occasionally abroad.
