Fractional CFO, E commerce sector, South Yorkshire

We are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO to join a successful SME in the dynamic e-commerce/retail sector, based in South Yorkshire. This part-time, permanent , Board-level role (3-4 days per month) is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with a strong strategic mindset and a proven ability to deliver transformative results in fast-paced environments.

As a key member of the Board, the Fractional CFO will provide strategic financial guidance to drive growth, stability, and long-term success. This pivotal position will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring robust financial health, and supporting the business's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic guidance to the Board on all financial matters, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Lead fundraising initiatives to secure growth capital.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to optimise performance.

• Strengthen financial processes, systems, and controls to enable scalability.
