Your new company
You will be joining a high-profile and established main contractor based in Telford operating in the water sector. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work, being Severn Trent's preferred contractor for the delivery of their non-infrastructure works, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Framework Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As Framework Manager, you will be based out of their Telford office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Liaising with project management to ensure work is safely delivered to expected requirements
- Holding accountability for the successful delivery of work within budgets
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, subcontractors and other key project stakeholders
- Ensuring programmes of work are defined and risk management plans are in place
- Monitoring financial performance and delivery against programmes of work
- Ensuring activities meet programme outputs and are completed to expected standards.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:
- Proven successful experience of managing projects from inception through to completion, ideally in the water industry
- Working knowledge of NEC form of contract
- Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of programme delivery processes
- Financial awareness and ability to work to budgets.
