Senior Recruitment Consultant - East and West Flanders

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our team and support our hiring needs in the East and West Flanders regions, with flexibility to assist in other regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake meetings with internal clients to understand their recruitment needs.

  • Write and publish engaging job advertisements.

  • Develop an effective recruitment strategy, leveraging both internal and external channels.

  • Perform pre-screening of candidates and analyze resumes to provide qualitative recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Implement targeted actions for hard-to-fill roles and collaborate with internal teams on headhunting strategies.

  • Conduct competency-based selection interviews and make well-founded hiring decisions.

  • Guide and challenge hiring managers in their recruitment decisions and support them in improving their interviewing skills.

  • Provide insights and analysis to management teams to enhance their understanding of recruitment dynamics.

  • Ensure accurate administrative follow-up throughout the selection process.

  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

  • Formulate salary proposals aligned with internal company agreements for employees and executives.

  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters in interview techniques, feedback delivery, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions (internships, boot camps, etc.).

Your Profile

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.

  • Strong track record in recruiting for both employee and management roles.

  • Skilled in writing selection reports.

  • Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C2 level).

  • Experience working in a large organization (+5,000 employees) undergoing energy and climate transition.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback to internal candidates within an organization with high internal mobility.
