Initial 1 month contract with extension possibilities

Goal

You will document business requirements, serving as a foundation for launching an RFP to select a suitable software and service provider in the near future.

Context

Our clients Risk and ASBI (Actuarial Services Business Intelligence) both use the same GPMS (Global Portfolio Management System) module: ERM (Enterprise Risk Management).

1. ASBI calculates technical provisions to meet IFRS requirements and determines "best estimates" for Life insurance.

2. Risk evaluates solvency and manages quarterly reporting.

Given that the ERM module has not been upgraded and considering the evolution of Microsoft products-particularly Excel, which is heavily relied upon-client is assessing short-term compatibility risks between GPMS and Excel.

For ASBI, client seeks a more flexible and responsive tool to support its mission. A review of the current tool is necessary to ensure it meets business needs.

Key requirements

• You have 3+ years Business Analyst experience
• You have professional knowledge in risk management processes in the insurance sector
• You speak and write French and/or Dutch fluently, and you have a good command of the other national language as well as spoken and written English
• You are an excellent communicator and you are customer oriented
