We are seeking a skilled Data Specialist with expertise in Power BI, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to join our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, transforming, and visualizing complex datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to build robust data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Create complex visualizations and metrics that represent data clearly and concisely for business users.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by performing necessary data cleansing and transformation tasks.
• Optimize and troubleshoot SSIS packages for efficiency and scalability.
• Design and maintain OLAP cubes and tabular models using SSAS for advanced data analytics.
• Implement and optimize SSAS solutions for high performance and efficient querying.
• Develop MDX (Multidimensional Expressions) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries to support advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and build data models to meet those needs.
• Implement data pipelines that ensure the seamless integration of multiple data sources into reporting systems.
• Develop and manage data warehouses, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
