We are a natural skincare and beauty brand, and we're in need of professional-quality product photos and videos for social media platforms to elevate our online presence. While we've tried capturing images ourselves, we're aiming to achieve the level of quality that truly reflects our brand's premium and natural ethos. We're looking for a talented photographer and videographer who can help us create stunning product shots. You'll bring your creative ingenuity to capture photos and videos of our products which will be used on our website and social media to foster community engagement and showcase the powerful stories of our brand. In exchange, we'd be happy to offer our skincare products for free and pay for a day rate on a freelance basis. We are a small business that's self-funded, we are looking to grow so we do not have the budgets that big brands have. We are looking for freelance people that are willing to collaborate, expand their portfolio, and come to a day rate agreement that fits within our budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

• Capture high-quality product photos (flat lays, bottle shots, packshots) for our eCommerce store.
• Shoot lifestyle images of product styled in real-life settings for social media and email campaigns.
• Lead the photography of high-quality product imagery for e-commerce and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Edit and retouch photos for eCommerce and social media use.

Videography:

• Film short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok showcasing our products in motion.
• Record and edit videos, showing the product in action, highlighting its features and benefits.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content from photoshoots.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential but a Plus!):

• Motion graphics or stop-motion animation for unique product videos.
• Ability to create engaging TikTok-style content with trending effects & sounds.

Skills and Experience Required

What We Are Looking For:

• We are looking for someone to be part of our monthly campaigns who comes in 1-3 days a month to create content for the month.
• Understanding of engagement metrics and how visuals impact audience interaction.
• Ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with a brand's aesthetic.
• Strong editing skills in Lightroom, Photoshop (for photography) & CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro (for video).
• Ability to shoot engaging social media content in line with current trends.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques for fashion shoots (both natural & artificial).
• Creative mind-set with strong storytelling skills for brand and product-focused content.
• Owns or has access to professional camera equipment that can shoot in 4K (including lighting and stabilisers).
• Flexible and adaptable - able to travel within London for shoots.
