Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Global Physical Asset Manager to oversee the management of utilities and MEP equipment. This role involves co-creating and deploying an Asset Management strategy, focusing on the technical and financial performance of physical assets across multiple sites. You will manage risk, develop programs, and ensure optimal asset performance throughout their lifecycle, including both OPEX and CAPEX initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical and financial performance of physical assets.
• Design and implement risk management strategies and asset performance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset management practices.
• Define and deploy global asset management methodologies and policies.
• Lead initiatives for risk management, breakdown prevention, and lifecycle optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Asset Management, especially in Utilities or MEP sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Asset and Risk Management for physical equipment.
• Leadership experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biologics industry.
• Experience with Asset and Risk Management programs, particularly in MEP.
