Fancy a 1-year contract with a global entertainment company?

  • Title: Freelance Team Licensing Co-ordinator, EMEA
  • Start: Monday, 7th April 2025
  • Finish: Wednesday, 30th April 2026
  • Length: 1 year
  • Client: Global Entertainment Company
  • Day rate: £150 per day
  • IR35: Inside IR35 (client has requested to use an Umbrella to invoice, not your Ltd)
  • Work set-up: 5 days per week: 3 days a week in-house + other 2 days will be remote (Unchangeable)
  • Location: Central London
Brief:

  • This client is looking for a dedicated coordinator in licensing & retail.
  • Support key category & country teams in delivering global objectives and strategy across EMEA and beyond.
Business Support
  • Assist Commercial & Legal teams in contract entry & deal execution.
  • Gather quarterly sales projections, identifying upsides or sensitivities.
  • Support Key Partner Meetings (room booking, screening rooms, NDAs, giveaways).
Coordination
  • Compile & analyze retail sell-through data for reports.
  • Track competitive performance (retailer visits, trends).
  • Maintain licensee lists, monitor activities & share reports.
  • Provide country, retail & marketing teams with key licensee/product data for sales, branding & retail meetings.

Cross-Regional Alignment
  • Establish best practice networks with other regional coordinators.
  • Liaise with internal market teams & agents, ensuring cross-category collaboration with Legal, Franchise, and Retail teams.

Skills & Experience
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and strong communicator at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize & meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in Licensing or Marketing, with a strong analytical & sales presentation track record.
