What you'll do:
As a French Speaking Customer Sales Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
- Assisting customers with inquiries about our products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Processing orders and handling returns efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- A positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
