The Background:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the relocation of assignees while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating the full relocation process on behalf of multinational clients, balancing the company's requirements with the assignee's needs;
2. Acting as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation process;
3. Ensuring that all relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines;
4. Maintaining the database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date;
5. Actively promoting and cross-selling the company's services;
6. Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

1. Previous global mobility or relocation experience is essential;
2. Fluent English & French language skills;
3. A minimum of a diploma level qualification;
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills;
5. A strong understanding of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
