CloudSisters is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build and enhance our web applications. In this role, you'll work on both front-end and back-end development, creating intuitive user experiences and maintaining robust, efficient systems. Collaborate with a skilled team in Destelbergen (Heusden) and contribute to exciting projects that make a difference.

What Will You Do?

Buckle up, because you'll be:

• Building seamless end-to-end solutions, from intuitive user interfaces to robust server-side architectures.
• Developing and maintaining scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Remix, or Express) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Directus).
• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end.
• Working with databases (relational like PostgreSQL/MySQL or non-relational like DynamoDB) to store, retrieve and manage data efficiently.
• Ensuring optimal performance, scalability and reliability through testing, debugging and code optimization across the stack.
• Collaborating closely with designers, product managers and other developers to deliver impactful features that enhance user experiences.
• Staying ahead of the curve by experimenting with new tools, frameworks and best practices across the full stack.

Who Are You?

Let's see:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a track record of delivering production-ready applications.
• Front-end expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Remix, or Express.
• Back-end experience with languages like Node.js, Python or Ruby and frameworks like Express or Directus.
• Proficiency in working with databases, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., DynamoDB).
• You're familiar with API design and integration using REST or GraphQL.
• Bonus points if you have experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• A solid understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress or similar) and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving challenges across the stack.
• You're passionate about collaboration, innovation and continuous learning to stay sharp in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, comfortable in a hybrid work environment, and committed to being present at the office on average three days per week.
