Required Skills and Competencies

Agile and Functional Analysis Expertise:

Proven track record in functional analysis and agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Technical Knowledge:

Strong grasp of software architectures and technical environments, with proficiency in project management and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.

Specification Writing:

Skilled in translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.

Problem-Solving:

Exceptional ability to quickly resolve issues and identify effective solutions.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Documentation Expertise:

Proven experience in creating and maintaining both technical and functional documentation.

Autonomy:

Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Language Skills:

Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).

Candidate Profile

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

Agile Environment:

Experience working in an agile, solution-focused environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Proven experience collaborating with product owner teams and working alongside development teams (ideally with PHP/Symfony) to ensure the proper implementation of solutions.
