My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager for a unique London venue.

For thisGeneral Managerrole, they require someone who has:

• Managed a multi-faceted commercial venue

• Strong event management experience

• Strong cafe, bar and restaurant experience

• Exceptional P&L Management skills

• Comfortable managing a team of FOH and BOH staff

• Looking to grow within a forward thinking company
