General Manager: Business & Industry - Contract Catering - Monday to Friday

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £42,000 + Healthcare, Pension, Birthday Off, Paid Volunteering Days, Extended Maternity/Paternity/Carer Leave plus more!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Business Days

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality services at a high-profile law firm. This is a prestigious and dynamic role requiring hands-on management to directly lead a team of eight, managing both employee dining and corporate hospitality services.

Key Requirements:
  1. Corporate Contract Catering Experience: Recent experience in either a Deputy General Manager position or General Manager position managing a high-profile corporate contract is essential. Candidates from a luxury hotel (4/5) background will also be considered.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Must be commercially aware, ensuring financial and operational excellence.
  3. Leadership & Team Management: Experience in leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
  4. Exceptional Hospitality Standards: A passion for high-end hospitality with a strong food focus.
  5. Client Engagement: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and the client and be visible interacting in operations.
  6. Professional Presentation: Must be polished and well-presented to match the corporate environment.

This is a fantastic role for someone who has 5 hospitality experience, is a real foodie and would like a Monday to Friday position.
