Job Description
Drive sales and revenue growth across all stores, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and run sales & marketing strategies to enhance market presence and attract new customers.
- Recommend improvements and best practices on profitability systems, programs, and policies; collaborate with relevant business units and support teams as needed.
- Develop and integrate all plans and strategies to achieve maximum profits and increased earnings.
- Exercise full accountability for the company's Profit and Loss and develop and run plans to keep the company on track with its committed objectives.
- Lead and drive strategic plans for the improvement of standards in attaining targets.
- Ensure that all stores maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Review and approve process improvement recommendations relating to customer experience management or complaints management.
- Determine the applicability of quality programs/best practices and champion their execution.
- Develop and implement an organisation plan consistent with the accomplishment of long-range established objectives, enhancing each store's effectiveness.
- Achieve maximum direct labour profit, delineating responsibilities and authority, and providing inter-store interaction and defining supporting relationships for integrating all efforts toward the achievement of company strategic objectives.
- Lead the establishment of an organisation that will support the functional and operational needs of the stores.
- Oversee the development and implementation of people planning and management development programs necessary to meet company goals.
- Evaluate store executive's performance and align succession planning activities.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the consumer services, hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing Profit and Loss.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement quality improvement strategies.
- Experience in organisational planning and development.
