Artemis Human Capital are thrilled to be working in partnership with a successful, home grown law firm who are seeking a skilled and motivated General Practice Solicitor to join their dynamic team. As a General Practice Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of legal matters and provide expert advice to clients. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various areas of law, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload encompassing multiple areas of law, including but not limited to family law, property law, wills and probate, civil litigation, and employment law.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of complex legal issues.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for hearings and trials.
• Liaise with clients, other legal professionals, and third parties to facilitate case progression and resolution.
• Stay updated with changes in legislation and legal precedents relevant to areas of practice.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in a general practice setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
