JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Geography Teacher / Geography ECT, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating the younger generation, working alongside a team of fantastic Secondary Teachers. You will have TLR opportunities such as KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities. ECTs are welcome and will receive a 1:1 mentor, bespoke ECT induction, in & out of house training, and more.

Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full Time & Permanent
Salary: MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience)
Location: Borough of Hillingdon

PERSON SPECIFICATION

1. Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining.
2. Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs.
3. Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level.
4. You must be able to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers.
5. Must be willing to listen to feedback.
