German Speaking - SAP Lease/Rental Product Owner - Remote/Germany

Nicholas Bernard is currently looking for a German speaking SAP Lease Product Owner for a client in Germany.

Job Details

• Location: Berlin, Hamburg, or Stuttgart (flexible choice).
• Travel Requirement: 20-40% willingness to travel.
• Start Date: 3rd February 2025.
• Working Hours: Full-time.
• Contract Duration: Until 31st December 2025 + extension

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of leasing processes, including both logistical and commercial integration into current and new business models.
• Initial experience in SAP and process design, preferably in S/4HANA or a cloud-based environment.
• Knowledge of the unique requirements related to leasing, rental processes, or lease accounting.
• Industry expertise in automotive, heavy machinery or similar industry sectors that provide leasing and rental services.
• Proficiency in German and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Design cloud-based solutions tailored to the rental and leasing industry.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap.
• Take full ownership of product development and oversee its implementation in customer projects.
• Gather and develop detailed requirements for product development.
• Perform key Product Owner responsibilities, including:
  • Communicating customer requirements to the project team.
  • Providing regular updates on development progress to customers.
• Support go-to-market strategies and represent the product at marketing events and customer presentations.
