Job Description

As the German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
  • Process orders using SAP
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Look into customer account to problem solve effectively


The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

  • Customer service experience in an office or contact centre environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent attention to detail

What's on Offer

A 6 month contract with potential to go permanent and 33k pro rata.
