Job Description
As the German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
- Process orders using SAP
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Look into customer account to problem solve effectively
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
- Customer service experience in an office or contact centre environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent attention to detail
What's on Offer
A 6 month contract with potential to go permanent and 33k pro rata.
