German speaking E-commerce Executive
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Hybrid work 3 days a week in the office
Salary: Between £25,000-35,000 per annum depending on experience

Main duties:

1. To manage and optimise existing e-commerce websites (such as Amazon) to increase sales and profit.
2. To manage product listings and merchandising and implement promotions and seasonal campaigns as required.
3. To develop and maintain relationships with key trading partners.
4. To identify gaps in product portfolio and propose new opportunities for growth.
5. To monitor and analyse competitor pricing in line with product performance and adjust as necessary.
6. To support with sales and pricing strategies.
7. To provide excellent customer service and report on customer feedback as necessary.

Candidate's Profile

1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential.
2. Previous experience in e-commerce or sales and marketing - Beneficial.
3. Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. IT literate.
