Job Description

Nexeo is currently looking for a Global Channels Implementation Officer for a leading financial institution in Belgium.


Nexeo is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.


As a Global Channels Implementation Officer at Nexeo, you will play a key role in implementing dedicated global channels projects for international clients, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client global channels projects, managing communications with Group Treasurers, Financial Directors, Client IT teams, and international colleagues.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work autonomously while closely cooperating with the Cash Management Advisor (CMA) and Relationship Manager (RM) to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Complex Project Handling: Lead complex implementation projects for international clients, ensuring high-quality support and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Digital Transformation: Contribute to the digitalization of clients by enhancing expertise in various global products such as SwiftNet, Connexis, EBICS, H2H Gateway, and Liquidity Management.

What are we expecting?

  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the large corporate sector or within a bank.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with project management methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English - both written and spoken.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan with customers and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Customer Orientation: Identify changes in customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a satisfying customer experience.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, customer-oriented mindset, flexibility, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a structured and goal-oriented approach.
