TasksKey Responsibilities
Leadership & HR Strategy
- Partner closely with top management and department leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Define and implement cohesive HR policies, processes, and cultural initiatives across global offices.
- Lead and support local HR/Office Managers, ensuring consistency and excellence in HR practices company-wide.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee and support full-cycle recruitment to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Ensure the effective onboarding of new hires, aligning them with the company's culture and strategic vision.
- Track and deliver against recruitment plans and collaborate with department heads on skills development for new joiners.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Design and roll out initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and long-term engagement.
- Promote professional development and career progression through targeted programs and L&D strategies.
Performance Management
- Implement structured performance review systems aligned with company objectives.
- Provide support on performance improvement plans, career pathing, and talent management strategies.
Employee Relations
- Act as a key contact for employee relations matters, fostering a fair, transparent, and inclusive work environment.
- Advise managers on complex HR cases, employee wellbeing, and conflict resolution.
HR Metrics & Data-Driven Strategy
- Define and monitor HR KPIs and OKRs (e.g., turnover, eNPS, offer acceptance rate, cost of hire).
- Use data and insights to inform workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and decision-making.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR admin and payroll processes, including contracts, amendments, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage employee files and ensure legal and social compliance in all HR matters.
- Coordinate with external organizations (health insurance, occupational medicine, etc.).
Culture & Values
- Champion the company's values, drive cultural initiatives, and ensure alignment with overall strategic direction.
- Create an inclusive, motivating, and high-performance work environment.
- 6+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing HR across multiple countries.
- Solid background in SaaS or fast-paced tech environments (highly preferred).
- Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in 360 HR leadership: strategy, operations, and people development.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
