OverviewAn opportunity has arisen for a Global Product Operations Lead to join Publicis Re:Sources. This role will be based in our London office. Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Operations Manager to drive the strategic prioritization, execution, and success of our product initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless alignment between our product development team, key stakeholders, and end users. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap prioritization, deliverable tracking, and engagement with key accounts to ensure a world-class onboarding experience and measurable success metrics.
Responsibilities- Product Roadmap Prioritization
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to align on priorities based on business objectives, user feedback, and market trends.
- Facilitate regular roadmap reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment on priorities.
- Deliverables Tracking and Management
- Create and maintain systems for tracking key deliverables and timelines for onboarding.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and work with teams to mitigate them.
- Ensure clear documentation and communication of project updates across teams.
- Key Account Management
- Own relationships with strategic accounts, facilitating introductions, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Develop KPIs for onboarded accounts and ensure measurable outcomes are tracked and reported.
- Serve as a point of escalation for account-specific challenges and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the bridge between product development and external/internal stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency by providing regular updates on product milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
- User Communications
- Own communication strategies with product users, including updates on new features, onboarding materials, and engagement initiatives.
- Collect, analyse, and incorporate user feedback into the product roadmap and strategic planning.
- Process Optimization and Challenge Resolution
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the product development team to pre-empt and resolve potential challenges in product delivery or user experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years in product operations, program management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Digital media platform knowledge and digital media operations experience.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and outcomes.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of product development lifecycles and user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or technology-driven businesses is a plus.
We offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. Our main office is located in the iconic Television Centre (TVC) at White City, London.
