Job Description

At InvestIN Education, we're on a mission to help shape the futures of young people across the globe. If you're driven, passionate about education, and want to work in a fast-paced company where you can have ownership over work that makes a difference, we want to hear from you!

About Us

InvestIN Education is a dynamic, educational start-up that helps students aged 15-18 choose the right career and maximise their potential.

Since our foundation in 2012, we've provided over 60,000 students from 100+ countries with the 'ultimate work experience'. These immersive programmes are led by highly accomplished industry professionals and coach students through simulations, site visits, networking sessions and career coaching.

We've also worked with 2,000+ schools across the globe, coaching student development through skill workshops, industry-specific webinars, resources and more.

About the Role

We're looking for a Global School Partnerships Associate with energy, passion, and a drive to help us expand our presence in schools worldwide. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 role - you'll own your calendar, travel internationally to build lasting relationships with schools, and support students as they prepare for their next steps.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sales and Outreach: Spread the word across the globe about our career experience programmes and new in-school workshops.
  • Relationship Management: Create and develop meaningful relationships with schools - understand their needs and ensure they are engaged with the programmes we offer.
  • Public Speaking: Deliver engaging presentations to various-sized groups of students, parents, and teachers, inspiring excitement about future careers.
  • Portfolio Management: Organise your time and travel schedule, with full ownership over your portfolio of schools.
  • Travel: Represent InvestIN at schools, conferences, and events around the world.
  • Summer Support: Showcase your adaptability by supporting or leading on one of our career experience programmes during the off-season.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: You're a recent graduate, with some experience working with young people and ideally some experience in sales, account management or a related field.
  • Passion: You have a love for learning and are keen to make a difference in the education sphere.
  • Drive: You're enthusiastic, eager to upskill and progress, and motivated to take initiative to help achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills: You have confidence presenting to various different audiences and an ability to communicate information in a clear, engaging way.
  • An organised approach: You know how to prioritise your time, juggling different responsibilities effectively.
  • Adaptability & creativity: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace new challenges and drive new ideas to keep the momentum going.
  • Collaboration: You have fantastic interpersonal skills that support your stakeholder management (externally) and your work with the team (internally).
  • Resonance with our values: You feel like you strongly align with our cultural values.

Why You'll Love Working with Us

  • 25 days paid holiday per year (plus bank holidays)
  • Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organisation where your contributions will directly impact the company's success
  • Cultural initiatives, including 2 hours to take off at your choosing every week ("unplugged")
  • A strong focus on social impact, including volunteer days for you to take at your choosing
  • Access to private healthcare and a pension scheme
  • Sabbatical of three months unpaid leave after three years' service
  • Opportunities for growth, through dedicated learning and development training, termly appraisals and wider events

Please note that offers will be subject to successful completion of Enhanced DBS checks and Right to Work checks. We are also unable to sponsor visas. InvestIN reserves the right to terminate contracts in the event of non-completion.

Working Schedule: 9am - 5pm (flexi-hours), Monday - Friday. Some weekend work may be required, but you will know dates well in advance, and get time off in lieu during the weekdays.

Working Location: Dukes House, 58 Buckingham Gate, London - Hybrid, with travel opportunities

Contract: Permanent full-time position with 6 month probationary period

Start Date: As soon as possible
