At Publicis Groupe, we're redefining the way brands connect with audiences through influencer and social media marketing. We're looking for a passionate and proactive Global Social & Influencer Executive/Manager to help build and grow our influencer and organic social communities worldwide.
Responsibilities Grow & Support Our Global Influencer & Social Communities- Lead the curation of case studies, best practices, and thought leadership content.
- Prepare engaging decks and content for monthly community calls.
- Keep our global influencer and social experts connected by managing Teams channels and sharing key industry insights.
- Become a Fluency expert-supporting teams in using the platform effectively.
- Manage users, divisions, and platform developments.
- Work closely with developers and customer success teams to plan training and implement improvements.
- Provide key insights and influencer recommendations for pitches and campaign planning.
- Manage multi-market influencer requests, including strategy and pricing.
- Advocate for the power of influencer and social media marketing across teams.
- Deliver high-quality work in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with precision.
- Prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Gain a deep understanding of Publicis Groupe's brands, services, and innovative content solutions.
3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or digital content. Deep knowledge of global social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.). A strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven storytelling. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal & written communication skills-comfortable presenting to teams. A team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
