Job Description

Our client, a well-respected, regional Property Consultancy, is seeking a Graduate to join them to work within their Agency & General Practice team, based in their Woking office, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate Surveyor will be working on a range of professional, agency, and valuation work, operating directly alongside a chartered surveyor, while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified. Our client has a track record of helping individuals achieve chartered status.

This particular client is a leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Agents, offering a full range of RICS-accredited services, including property agency, valuations, management, lease advisory, and building consultancy. With multiple offices across the South East, they provide expert advice to clients across various sectors. Graduate Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £25k - £28k DOE (open to discussion for a candidate with experience)
  • Full APC support - proven track record of assisting graduates through the process
  • Start date: ASAP / happy to be flexible with notices, degree finishes, etc.
