Job Description

The Function

The Marketing Function is at the very heart of Triple Point's business. An integral part of the wider Distribution group (Sales, Marketing and Client Service) with responsibility for all aspects of the marketing mix including strategy, brand, campaigns, content, advertising, digital, events as well as internal and external communications. We act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders in investments, retail, wholesale and institutional sales as well as the senior leadership of Triple Point, putting the customer at the centre of all that we do.

The Team

A core team of professionals is led by a financial services marketing veteran with a reputation for building highly-effective and happy teams, providing the opportunity for talented people to grow and develop their careers. In the past two years, successful marketing campaigns have supported record fundraises in the estate planning and ventures fund solutions.

The Role

As an essential member of our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Triple Point's brand visibility and appeal. Your responsibilities include delivering comprehensive design support across the group, creating exceptional designs that captivate our existing clients and attract new ones.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Brand Director and external agencies to create and refine a wide array of marketing materials, both digital and print, including campaign visuals, presentations, social media graphics, event collateral, advertisements, brochures, reports, and event materials.
  2. Regularly produce and maintain supporting documents, including reports, financial statements, and presentations with updates required on a quarterly basis.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of design across various channels and all areas of the business.
  4. Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  5. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  6. Communicate with team members to receive feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect specifications.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar discipline preferable.
  2. Must have proficiency in a wide range of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign).
  3. Ideally familiar with Figma, Sketch, etc.
  4. Proficient in PowerPoint - designing and supporting the development of pitch materials.
  5. Proficiency in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, and Web Design is highly desirable.
  6. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity preferable.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  8. Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
  11. This is a hybrid role, where we are in the office 3 days per week - a chance to collaborate, learn, and have fun!
