Growth Marketing Manager - £60K - £70K- Remote (London) - Health & Fitness Industry

I have partnered with a start-up business that is looking for someone to join and disrupt the Health & Fitness industry with a 'one of a kind' product. Their platform allows all to get strong and accurate information from professionals in the field. This is a new part of the company and will be working closely with the whole marketing team to drive user acquisition and engagement across each area of the app.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop user acquisition strategies across digital platforms such as social media (paid and organic)
2. Collaborate with the wider marketing team on new content ideas across the website and social media platforms
3. With strong KPIs and metrics, analyse the performance of engagement to refine the strategy and user acquisition
4. Analyse app user behaviour regularly to identify new areas of improvement for enhanced user journey

Skills & Experience

1. 5-7 years experience in a growth marketing role
2. Industry experience within Health & Fitness
3. Experience within Digital marketing channels
4. Great track record in user acquisition and performance optimisation
5. Must love start-ups!

Rates depend on experience and client requirements
