We're growing fast and looking for a freelance content-driven growth marketer to help us elevate our brand presence, drive inbound leads, and support sales.
The RoleWe're looking for a freelance B2B Growth Marketer to drive our presence and lead-generation efforts, particularly on LinkedIn but also identifying other opportunities to support our ambitious growth plans.
You'll focus on increasing brand awareness, supporting sales efforts, and running experiments to attract and convert new retailer partners.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on B2B growth, understands LinkedIn marketing, and can execute campaigns independently in a fast-moving startup.
What You'll DoDevelop and execute Harper's paid marketing strategy, taking the lead on our Linked campaign strategy and advert optimisation.
Support sales enablement, refining messaging and creating one-pagers, pitch decks, and email sequences to improve outbound effectiveness.
Identify growth initiatives, experiment with other channels and strategies including light paid marketing campaigns, email nurturing, and SEO-driven content strategies.
Manage co-marketing campaigns with Harper's partners, working with Harper's partners to promote the service through various marketing channels.
Who You Are3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or retail tech.
Proven track record of successfully growing B2B businesses, with a focus on lead generation and growing brand awareness.
Experience working alongside sales teams, with an understanding of how marketing supports lead generation and deal closure.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach - able to set strategy and execute effectively.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and can work independently.
