1. Lead and manage a team of up to 6 colleagues in the accounting area.
2. Be the main contact, together with your team, for our Financial Services segment in all questions regarding consolidated financial statements, support in case of questions and ensure a qualitative and timely reporting.
3. Lead the consolidation process for TRATON GROUP.
4. Be the main contact in case of question regarding financial instruments.
5. Support further harmonization of accounting relevant aspects within TRATON Group.
6. Manage or support projects in your area of responsibility, but also in collaboration with other finance departments worldwide.

1. Experience or willingness to manage a team in an international environment with a collaborative approach.
2. Successful university degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration (focus on international Accounting/Group Accounting) and minimum of 5 years of experience in preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements required.
3. Excellent knowledge of consolidation systems.
4. Ability to collaborate in a team environment with competing priorities and with a high impact at all levels within the company.
5. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an ability to turn data into actionable insights.
6. Very good knowledge of English and German in spoken and written.
